This is NOT the website's Premium
They are two different things and they are bought separately. If you already pay for the Premium or Pro Empleado subscription, that does not include this, and the other way round: AI Premium does not give you the payroll tools or the website's AI analysis.
| Website Premium | AI Premium | |
|---|---|---|
| What it is | A monthly subscription | One payment |
| What it unlocks | The website's tools: payroll, My Pharmacy, AI analysis | Level 4 of the AI school |
| How long it lasts | As long as you keep it | Forever |
| If you cancel | You lose access | There is nothing to cancel |
On your bank statement it appears as "IA Premium". If you see that name, this is it.

Exactly what it unlocks
This is everything it unlocks, and it is counted: 12 lessons and 23 practical cases, 35 items.

- AI for pharmacy owners: the map of 17 areas
- The stack: GitHub, Vercel, Supabase and Claude Code
- Coding with Claude Code or Codex
- Google Analytics and Search Console
- Building a chatbot for your pharmacy
- An app with Google AI Studio and the free lite models
- What an AI agent actually is
- Your first agent, step by step

Practical cases · Starting from zero 5
- Your first time: open the account and ask something useful Open an account, ask your first question, and learn to tell a usable answer from one that just sounds good. With nobody’s data.
- Take a text from the pharmacy and clean it before pasting The step that separates using AI in a pharmacy from having a problem: strip everything that identifies someone, without losing what the question needs.
- From a photo of a delivery note to a table you can paste into Excel Turn a piece of paper into a table without typing anything — and how to check it did not invent a figure on the way.
- The Excel formula you cannot get, explained and working How to ask for a spreadsheet formula so it works first time, and how to check it on three rows before trusting it on two hundred.
- The difficult email you have been avoiding for three days Complain, say no, or correct somebody in writing without burning the relationship — and why the first draft is never the one you send.
Practical cases · Counter and team 5
- A counter sign that will not get you in trouble Write a campaign sign without crossing the line into medicines advertising, with the legal check done by you and not by the model.
- Turn "how we do it here" into a one-page protocol Get a procedure only you know out of your head and onto one page that works for somebody’s first day.
- Monday's team training, ready in ten minutes Build a short team session on one concrete topic, with the parts you must verify flagged before you teach them.
- Replying to a bad review without making it worse A public reply that neither concedes nor fights, reveals nothing about anyone, and is read mostly by people who did not write the review.
- The phone script for the calls that always go sideways Turn the call that never goes well into a sequence of questions anyone on the team can follow — including when to hand it over.
Practical cases · The pharmacy's numbers 5
- Export your CSV and ask it what happened last month Export sales from your pharmacy software, strip what must not leave the pharmacy, and ask the AI what the software will not answer.
- Find your dead stock and decide what to do with it Cross stock against sales to see what money is sitting on your shelves, and sort the list by what actually hurts.
- Compare two lab deals without getting lost in the rebate Turn two offers full of discounts, free goods and rebates into one comparable figure: what each unit actually costs you.
- A staff rota that meets the 1,785-hour limit Build the annual rota with AI and — crucially — check the hours against the collective agreement before pinning it up.
- Review what your accountant sends and ask the right question Understand your accountant’s monthly summary, spot what does not add up, and write a specific question instead of signing on autopilot.
Practical cases · Being found 4
- The Google listing that brings people through the door Get your pharmacy’s Google listing complete and using the words people actually type, with AI doing the boring part.
- A month of social posts in one afternoon Build a whole month’s posting calendar in one sitting, with the legal boundary in place and without sounding like a robot wrote it.
- Publishing your pharmacy's first web page From zero to a page on the internet with your hours, services and directions, without knowing how to code and without paying for a website.
- WhatsApp templates for notices, done right The notices you already send daily, written once and written properly: what can go in a message, what cannot, and why.
Practical cases · Actually automating 4
- An expiry sheet that checks itself Build expiry control in a spreadsheet, with the formulas written by AI and explained so you can change them yourself.
- The Monday report, written by itself Chain export, analysis and summary so every Monday you get half a page on last week, without touching anything.
- Your first read-only agent, with no risk at all Build an agent that looks, compares and reports — and cannot touch anything, because it was never given the means.
- The list of what you will NOT automate in your pharmacy Write down, before the temptation arrives, the list of what a person decides in your pharmacy — and why writing it now is what makes it hold.
What comes before it, free
The first three levels of the school are not paid for, and they are not a teaser: they are the course. Fundamentals and safety, everyday practice, and clinical AI. If you have never used AI in a pharmacy, start there — and if you then want the management level, you will know whether this is for you.
Questions worth answering before paying
Is it a subscription? Will I be charged every month?
No. It is one payment. There is no renewal, no monthly fee and nothing to cancel. You pay once and Level 4 stays unlocked on your account.
I already pay for Premium on the website. Is this included?
No, and this is the confusion that matters most. They are two different products: the subscription unlocks the website's tools and this unlocks Level 4 of the school. Getting that clear before paying is why the notice sits at the very top.
Do I need an account?
Yes, because access is tied to your account, which is how you have it on any device. If you pay before registering with the same email address, access is assigned to you automatically when you create the account.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. The level is written for somebody who has never programmed: every case goes step by step, with the exact text to copy and what to check before trusting the result. The technical parts — building a website, an agent — start from zero and explain each piece.
Will more content be added later?
Whatever is added to Level 4 is included in your access at no extra cost. What is not promised is a schedule: we are not going to sell content that does not exist yet. What you buy is what is listed above, which is what exists today and can be read today.
What if it is not for me?
Write to us via contact telling us what you expected and what you found. We would rather refund you than have somebody paying for something that is no use to them — and knowing what went wrong tells us what to fix.
Who wrote it?
Antonio, a pharmacist and developer. The material does not come from anybody's documentation: it comes from this website's own mistakes — the quotas that ran out, the analysis logged as a success without having produced a single sentence, the agent that looped more than it needed to — told with what each one cost.
